Size Guide

Choosing a standard size

Use the size chart shown on the relevant product page and compare it with your body measurements. Because garment cuts differ, check the product-specific notes rather than relying only on the size label.

How to measure

  • Chest: measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape level.
  • Waist: measure around the natural waist without pulling the tape tight.
  • Shoulder: measure across the back from shoulder point to shoulder point.
  • Sleeve: measure from the shoulder point to the wrist with the arm slightly bent.
  • Back length: measure from the base of the neck to the desired jacket length.

Standard size vs made-to-measure

Selecting S, M, L, XL or another standard size is a standard product choice. Even where the jacket is produced after your order, a standard-size order is not automatically a bespoke item.

A made-to-measure or personalised order is one we produce to your individual measurements or other personal specifications, such as custom embroidery, a personalised name or number, special dimensions or a unique design requested by you.

Returns

Eligible standard-size products remain subject to the normal cancellation and returns rules. Genuine made-to-measure or personalised products may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights, but this does not remove rights where the goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

Accuracy of measurements

For made-to-measure orders, you are responsible for providing measurements carefully. If you are unsure, contact us at filmsjackets@gmail.com before ordering. We may contact you to clarify unusual measurements before production.
