2. Personal information we collect

  • Identity and contact data: name, billing and shipping address, email address and phone number.
  • Order data: products, sizes, measurements or personalisation instructions, order history, returns and customer service correspondence.
  • Payment-related data: transaction identifiers, payment status and limited payment metadata supplied by payment providers. We do not normally receive or store your full card number.
  • Account data: username, password hash, saved addresses and account preferences.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser data, logs, pages viewed, referral data and security or fraud signals.
  • Marketing data: newsletter preferences, consent records and interactions with marketing messages.
  • Review and user content data: reviews, ratings, images or comments you choose to submit.

4. Payment providers

Payments are processed by the third-party payment provider shown at checkout. That provider processes your payment information under its own privacy terms. We receive the information needed to confirm payment, handle refunds and manage fraud or disputes.

5. Manufacturing, fulfilment and couriers

Some products are manufactured or fulfilled through partners outside the UK, including in Pakistan. To fulfil an order we may share the minimum information needed, such as your name, delivery address, phone number, product, size and personalisation instructions.

We also share delivery information with courier and logistics providers.

6. Other recipients

  • Website hosting, ecommerce, security and IT providers.
  • Email, customer service and communications providers.
  • Analytics and advertising providers where you have consented to non-essential tracking.
  • Professional advisers such as accountants, solicitors and insurers.
  • Authorities, regulators or law enforcement bodies where disclosure is required by law.

7. International transfers

Where personal information is transferred outside the United Kingdom, we will use a lawful transfer mechanism where required, such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to approved standard contractual clauses, together with appropriate supplementary measures where necessary.

8. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and dispute requirements.

For example, we keep order and accounting records for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as UK tax law requires, and we keep marketing data only until you unsubscribe or object.

9. Marketing

We will not send electronic marketing that requires consent unless we have a valid consent or another lawful basis that specifically permits it. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing message or by contacting us.

Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect service emails needed for an order.

We use cookies and similar technologies as explained in our Cookie Policy. Strictly necessary technologies may operate without consent where legally permitted. We only use non-essential analytics or advertising technologies with your consent.

You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how we use your information. We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concern first, but this does not affect your right to complain to the ICO.

Our online shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly target children with marketing or intentionally collect personal information from children where parental consent would be required.
